在家自制新鲜草莓酱

首先选择草莓,最好是市场上在卖的奶油草莓。奶油草莓打出的草莓汁比较红而且稠,这样可以做出更多更红的草莓酱。草莓的大小无所谓,小草莓更合算一点。<br />
买回草莓后清洗干净。<br />

把草莓汁中一粒粒的草莓子稍微过滤掉一半左右,子太多太少都影响口感。<br />

锅底先加一勺食用油热一热锅,再把过滤好的草莓汁倒在锅里。这样可以减少粘锅。<br />

最好装在瓶里放在冰箱里。这样放上一星期都没关系。<br />

<br /> 哇~给我一袋吐司面包吧! 很详细~有时间我也要做~~! 看到别人做的,是把草莓一切两半直接放锅里熬的,那样成品里面会有草莓碎块,跟买来的草莓酱一样。 买来的草莓酱看上去有点透明的,总觉得里面方了别的东西。 又到草莓上市时 有钱的金主啊!现在草莓30多元一斤啊 !
