#开水下厨房#广式枣泥月饼

好久没干活啦,一时兴起做了两天月饼哈哈哈哈。。。现在说一个昨天做的广式枣泥月饼。<br />

然后就开始包啦。。。<br />
将饼皮按扁,包入枣泥馅。月饼模具内撒上一些面粉防粘(放入面粉,晃一晃,使面粉附在模具上,再将多余的面粉倒出)。把包好的面团放入模具,用模具将面团压成月饼形状。<br />

在包好的月饼上喷上一些水,然后放入预热好的烤箱,烤5分钟,待花纹定型后,取出来刷一层蛋黄水(只刷表面,侧面不刷,蛋液一定要少,我刷太多,纹路都没类。)再放入烤箱,烤15分钟左右,直到表面金黄。<br />
